About the role

Shawmut Design and Construction is seeking a Regional Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management program across projects in the South Florida region. You will mentor senior project staff, drive quality culture, and ensure adherence to Procore-based workflows and regional QA/QC standards. You will collaborate with national leadership to align region practices with the company’s quality strategy, conducting audits and leading continuous improvement initiatives while balancing project delivery
