About the role

Curant Health Inc. is seeking a Patient Success Pharmacist I in New York to support the Patient Engagement, InteliView Pharmacist, and Pharmacy Fulfillment teams. You will transfer prescriptions, advise providers and patients on medication orders, and ensure proper dosing and usage. You'll answer patient questions, provide clinical guidance, and perform essential pharmacy functions daily, including handling transfers, recalls, data logging, and medication reviews.
