Qualifications4–6 years of litigation experience within a Business Litigation Practice Group Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions Skilled in attending mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations Trusts and estates litigation experience is a plus Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Compensation The salary range for this role is$210,000-$225,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Associates are also eligible for: Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately$14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level Annual subjective bonus
