About the role

The Y in Central Maryland is seeking a Rockwall Lead to supervise climbing programs, develop activities, manage facility operations, and lead a team of Associates to deliver outstanding member experiences. Under the Rockwall Coordinator, you will ensure staffing, organize equipment, coach instructors, and uphold the Y values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility while engaging families and youth in safe, fun programs.
