About the role

Cardiac Device Technician ScheduleMonday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. No on-call or weekend requirements.

Job Description: The Cardiac Device Technician will work independently in the technical management of implanted cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders. This role supports the Tilley Device clinic, which focuses on outpatient cardiac patients with implanted monitors.

Responsibilities: Manage implanted cardiac devices and ensure patient safety. Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for patient documentation and management. Conduct assessments and provide education to patients regarding their devices. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Completion of a pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience. Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology. Experience with EPIC in the last two years is required. Why ARMStaffing?
