About the role: You'll join Amazon's Global Procurement Organization (GPO) Community Impact team, rolling out Social Value reporting across Corporate, AWS, Transportation and other business lines. You'll own defined workstreams and report to our Senior Programme Manager for Amazon. Success looks like suppliers who sign up, report on time and keep going, with your KPIs on target.
What you'll do: You'll: Turn the programme plan into clear 1–3 month milestones for your markets and supplier groups Run supplier engagement: emails, calls, chasers, onboarding and platform support Deliver supplier training in person and online, in English and Spanish Track KPIs, spot where progress stalls and put recovery plans in place Write clear performance reports for Amazon procurement teams and senior leaders Build Social Value reporting into Amazon's Source-to-Pay processes Use AI and data tools to make delivery simpler and quicker
What you'll bring: Essential: Fluent English and Spanish Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain or programme delivery, ideally in a large or multinational organisation Knowledge of Social Value, ESG, sustainability or responsible procurement Experience engaging and onboarding suppliers, vendors or partners at scale Strong data and reporting skills, from KPI tracking to written reports Experience delivering training to groups, in person or online Useful, not essential: Portuguese speaking Confident use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT (certifications a bonus)Experience working to formal governance or SLAsWhat's in it for you Financial: $100,000 salary. Employer-paid Social Security and Medicare contributions, plus unemployment insurance and workers' compensation cover. Flexibility: Hybrid working from Arlington.
