About the role
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Product Analyst, Conversational AI will ensure the accuracy of data responses in the Prism platform by reviewing prompts, certifying queries, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve data representation and quality.
Key responsibilities:
Review and enhance prompts entered by business users to ensure accurate data interpretation in Prism
Certify user queries and validate answers against source data to maintain trust in results
Collaborate with Data Science and Engineering to refine semantic layers and improve data understanding
Required qualifications:
3+ years of experience in data analysis or related fields
Proficient in SQL, including joins, aggregations, and window functions
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex, Claude, or Codex
Familiarity with semantic data modeling and its application in AI querying
Strong writing and communication skills to convey complex data concepts to business stakeholders
