About the role
- Lead planning, coordination, and governance of all business ecosystem activities supporting SAP S/4HANA releases.
- Maintain an integrated ecosystem roadmap aligned with deployment milestones and business commitments.
- Coordinate across the ERP PMO, Deployment Project Managers, business teams, technology teams, application owners, and vendors.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, issues, and readiness gaps.
- Ensure impacted applications, integrations, data flows, processes, and operational teams are prepared for testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
- Facilitate governance meetings, track actions and decisions, and escalate critical issues.
- Provide clear status reporting on ecosystem readiness, dependencies, risks, and required decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into future releases.
- Experience leading complex global ERP, SAP S/4HANA, systems integration, or business transformation initiatives.
- Strong program management skills, including integrated planning, dependency management, risk management, and executive reporting.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional business, technology, data, testing, change, and vendor teams.
- Strong understanding of ERP deployment activities, including testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and operational readiness.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority in a highly matrixed global organization.
- Experience in life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated industry is preferred.
