About the role

Surgical Technologist – Operating Room ScheduleDays; no weekend shifts required; call is required. Assignment Details Cases: ~30 per day across 9 rooms; pre-approved time off: two.
Requirements: 1 year of Robot (Da Vinci) and spine operating room experience required. BLS and National Certification (NBSTSA) required in hand at the time of submission (NCCT not accepted).Core clinical skills: robotic surgery support, spine procedures, ortho/arthroplasty assistance, laparoscopic cases, general/uro/gyne/ENT/podiatry procedures, instrument/scope processing, sterile technique, and case cart setup. Charting system: Epic (preferred).
Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the operating room and equipment for surgical procedures. Provide surgical team support during procedures, ensuring a sterile environment. Handle instruments, supplies, and devices effectively and safely throughout surgery. Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure quality patient care and safety. Assist in the preparation of the surgical site and patient positioning. Maintain knowledge of surgical procedures and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
