Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and caring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home, community, or school setting to help children build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals.

Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
Collect accurate data during each session
Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers
Qualifications:
ActiveRBT certification
Experience working with children preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass Virginia background checks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
