Role Description:
The Warehouse Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ashland City, TN. The Warehouse Associate will pick, pack, and stage materials and parts for production and ensure items are stored safely and accurately. Day-to-day tasks also include operating material handling equipment, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and following established procedures to meet production schedules. The role works closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of materials.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated skills in Shipping & Receiving, including checking orders, verifying documentation, and handling materials accurately. Experience with Packing and Unloading, with attention to product protection, efficiency, and safe handling practices Basic understanding of warehouse inventory practices, including labeling, storage, and stock rotation. Ability to lift and move materials as required, stand for extended periods, and work in a manufacturing warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Comfort working in a team setting and communicating clearly with supervisors and coworkers. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
