About the role
Agiliti is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Executive to lead strategic sales growth across the North Western U.S. This is a high-impact consultative sales role focused on expanding and protecting enterprise healthcare partnerships through our On-Site Managed Services, Clinical Engineering, and Peak Need Rental solutions. This role is ideal for a proven healthcare sales professional who understands Clinical Engineering/Biomedical Services, has established hospital and IDN relationships, and excels at engaging stakeholders from Biomed leaders to C-suite executives.
What You'll Do:
Drive new business development within health systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).Retain and expand strategic enterprise contracts through consultative selling and executive relationship management.
Develop and execute territory growth strategies while managing a robust sales pipeline.
Build relationships with healthcare executives, Clinical Engineering leaders, Operations leaders, and key decision-makers.
Present data-driven solutions that improve equipment management, reduce costs, and enhance patient care outcomes.
Partner closely with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Technical teams to deliver customized customer solutions.
Conduct executive business reviews and identify opportunities for expansion and renewal.
Leverage market intelligence and healthcare industry trends to develop winning sales strategies.
Required Experience:
10+ years of healthcare sales experience.5+ years selling into health systems and/or IDNs.
Proven success influencing and selling to C-suite healthcare executives.
Demonstrated experience selling Clinical Engineering, Biomedical Services, On-Site Managed Services, Healthcare Technology Management (HTM), or related healthcare service solutions.
Experience managing complex sales cycles and large enterprise accounts.
Strong understanding of hospital operations and equipment management environments.
Established relationships within major health systems and IDNs.
