Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Services customers by helping them select safety products that adequately fit their needs.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers' questions with knowledge of product and examples as needed.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Enters sales in Sales ERP System.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Manages showroom look and cleanliness.
- Answers phones and assists with sales or product questions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Retail Sales Associate Qualifications/ Skills:

- Product knowledge.

Stay up to date on industry knowledge.
Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Additional education is preferred.2-4 years of retail experience desired.
Motorsports industry knowledge is preferred, but not required.
