HTS has a vibrant look and brand promise -- one that reflects our company-wide commitment to ensure the individual success of all those involved in a project's HVAC system selection, design, purchase, installation and maintenance including our employees, suppliers, customers and end users.Job DutiesJob takeoff - quantifying items from plans, specs, and bid documentsSelection and pricing of equipment and accessories for the purposes of bidPreparing proposals, submittals, and design layouts for distribution to customersDaily updates of project bids and addendum reviewsBid coordination between HTS TX departments for multi-department bid bundlesDevelop bid strategies for jobs to help ensure the success of the bidUpdate bid item status for bid summary reportsFollow up with customers for job related feedbackFind customer leads, coordinate bid timeframes, and enter in HTS TX C.R.M. systemSetup and attend lunch and learn and customer training eventsMaintain a high level of accuracyExpress a happy tone over the phone and be courteous, helpful, and pleasant to everyone interacted withThe job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive job duties of the position.
