What you'll do: Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones (US + China teams) Manage candidate communications and keep the pipeline movingPost and update job listings across platforms (LinkedIn, Workable, indeed, etc.)Maintain and update our ATS and candidate tracker (Notion) Support sourcing efforts — LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referralsHelp draft offer letters, schedule onboarding, and handle HR adminWork closely with the HR Manager on recruiting strategy and process improvementsRequirementsBachelor degree in Human Resource. business administration or similar majorCommunicate clearly and professionally in both English and Mandarin (required) Are comfortable working across time zones and with async communicationHave experience with ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar platformsMove fast and stay calm when priorities shiftNice to have: Previous experience in recruiting coordination or HR supportFamiliarity with Shopify ecosystem or SaaS companiesExperience with Notion, Workable, or similar tools
