$2720.00/week –Job Summary: The Registered Nurse in the Dialysis specialty provides comprehensive patient care for individuals undergoing acute hemodialysis treatment. This role involves coordinating clinical assessments, implementing nursing interventions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
Responsibilities: Evaluate patients to develop and adjust individualized care plans based on assessments and physician diagnoses. Perform therapeutic nursing interventions, including managing dialysis treatments utilizing Fresenius T Machines. Document patient care accurately, adhering to standards of practice, acuity levels, and clinical priorities. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Advocate for evidence-based practices and support the adoption of innovative care approaches. Manage patient care in a fast-paced, acute dialysis setting, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • Require a minimum of 1 year of acute dialysis experience, with a strong preference for telemetry expertise.
  • Demonstrate proficiency with Fresenius 2008T Hemodialysis Machines and EPIC EHR systems.
  • Possess an ASN degree; BSN preferred.
  • Hold active BLS certification (AHA) and a valid NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
  • Knowledge of renal physiology and hemodialysis procedures.
