Liberty Mutual is seeking an Agency Process Design and Optimization Lead to transform how we support the agency channel for Comparion Insurance Agency. You will identify friction, quantify opportunity, and design improved ways of working using AI, automation, and BPO. This senior role owns outcomes with broad visibility across the organization. As a subject matter expert, you will build repeatable frameworks, influence senior leaders on prioritization, and drive adoption through documentation
