Pilgrim's is hiring for an Hourly Production role in Moorefield, West Virginia. On the processing line you will cut, trim, package, and inspect products to meet food safety and quality standards. You will operate equipment, keep a clean area, and follow safety and biosecurity guidelines in a fast-paced shift. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, supporting teammates, and contributing to continuous improvement while staying flexible across production areas to meet goals.
