WOW! Internet, Cable & Phone is seeking a Network Assurance Technician for on-site 2nd shift in our Columbus, OH data center. You will monitor RF, IP, and Optical networks, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate incident response with the NOC and cross-functional teams.
