We are looking for an enthusiastic, personable, quick-learner to take over our day to day administrative work. Office Admin Job Responsibilities (The following is used as a general description and may not contain a complete list of duties required.) :Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organizationAnswering phone calls and emails and directing inquiries to the appropriate department or employee based on the nature of the requestWork Hours & Benefits:Mon - Thurs: 7am - 3:30pm, Fri: 6am - 2:30pm | This is a fully onsite position.Starting Pay Range: $25-35/hr (Based on experience and qualifications)Benefits: Sick Leave & Health Insurance Benefits (@ 90days), 401k Retirement Program & Vacation Leave Accrual Structure (@ 1yr+)Office Administrative Qualifications / Skills:Strong overall office skillsWritten and verbal communication Microsoft Office and Quickbooks software Strong customer service experienceTyping and word processingDocumentation skillsDependability and professionalismAttention to detailAdministrative writing and reporting Education and Experience Requirements:High school diplomaDriver’s license1-2 years of office/sign/manufacturing industry experience (Preferred)1-2 years Quickbooks ONLINE experience (Required)Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred but not required)If you have clear organizational and interpersonal skills and are driven to learn new skills, please consider applying!
