About the role
Speero, a CRO and experimentation agency in the United States, seeks a hands-on UX researcher with 5+ years of experience. You’ll take client business questions, design the right research, conduct studies, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. This is an individual-contributor role focused on user research strategy across journeys, tests, and interviews. You’ll present insights to clients, collaborate with strategists and designers, and guide next steps, including experiments
