About the role
The Office of the Attorney General in Florida is seeking an ASST STW PROSECUTOR-SENIOR ATTORNEY-DLA to prosecute cyber fraud crimes in multiple Florida locations, including Orlando. A Florida Bar membership and five years of criminal trial experience are required; preference for prior criminal prosecution work. The role focuses on investigating, charging, and trying complex fraud cases involving cryptocurrency, the internet, and related technologies within the Cyber Fraud Enforcement Unit.
