The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and inspiring the product strategy for government solutions, with a focus on integrating advanced technology such as cameras, radar sensors, AI, and SaaS into end-to-end platforms. This role demands a strategic leader who can drive the shift from an output-focused to an outcome-based approach, ensuring that product teams are empowered to solve real customer problems and deliver high-reliability, scalable solutions. The VP will also be instrumental in institutionalizing a modern product operating model, coaching world-class talent, and fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity. Essential responsibilities for the VP of Product, Government Solutions include defining and communicating a compelling product vision, leading organizational transformation, and driving product discovery and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise product strategy, coaching and staffing, and team topology and portfolio strategy.
