[ Position ] Director of Investor Relations (Bilingual Japanese/English)[ Position Summary ] As a core U.S. subsidiary generating approximately 80% of the total corporate profit, this company is seeking an accomplished Director of Investor Relations. While direct equity issuance is managed at the parent company level in Japan, maintaining a resilient stock price and enhancing corporate market valuation globally are paramount. This role serves as the executive leader in North America to bridge U.S. institutional investors, capital markets, and Japan Headquarters. The ideal candidate will fully own and execute U.S.-side IR initiatives, leverage deep connections with North American institutional investors, and strategically articulate the U.S. business’s growth narrative to drive long-term shareholder value.[ Essential Duties & Responsibilities ]Executive Leadership & IR Ownership: Take full ownership of U.S. Investor Relations operations, aligning U.S. financial performance and market positioning with Japan HQ’s global IR roadmap. Institutional Investor Engagement: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with North American institutional investors, buy-side/sell-side analysts, and fund managers to foster trust and sustained equity investment. Market Intelligence & Stock Price Defense: Continuously analyze stock ownership trends, investor sentiment, valuation metrics, and market dynamics to protect and enhance global stock price performance. Financial Narrative & Messaging: Translate complex U.S. housing and real estate business metrics (accounting for ~80% of group profit) into compelling investment narratives, quarterly earnings materials, and investor presentations. Roadshows & Executive Support: Plan and execute investor roadshows, 1-on-1 meetings, and conference appearances in North America; advise and support C-suite executives during investor interactions. Japan HQ Alignment: Work in close collaboration with the Global IR team in Japan to ensure seamless communication, regulatory compliance, and consistent messaging across international capital markets.[ Working Hours / Style ]Exempt / Executive LevelOn-site / Hybrid negotiable (Addison / North Dallas, TX)[ Salary / Benefits ]Target Salary:$150,000 – $250,000+ / year (Negotiable based on executive background & track record)

Bilingual Mastery (Japanese & English):Native/Professional fluency in Japanese (for high-level executive communication with Japan HQ) and English (for institutional investor and market engagement).Deep knowledge of U.S. capital markets, institutional investor expectations, financial analysis, and equity valuation models. Exceptional executive presence, strategic mindset, and decision-making capabilities to operate autonomously.
