Responsibilities:
Safely operate ice dispensing equipment and transport carts or containers to deliver ice efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including ice bins, storage areas, and surrounding spaces. Ensure proper handling and storage of ice to meet health and safety regulations. Assist customers with their ice needs, providing friendly and prompt service. Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when supplies are running low. Follow all safety protocols during operations to prevent accidents or injuries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods.
Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate to heavy loads for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards. Excellent communication skills for engaging with team members and customers. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed. Prior experience in food service, retail, or similar roles is a plus but not required. Ability to follow instructions precisely and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
