Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Administrator to support our Mesa location. This role is ideal for a professional with strong administrative, human resources, payroll, and accounting skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and supporting various business functions.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform HR and payroll duties, including data entry, verification, and tracking of vacation and attendance records.Apply basic accounting knowledge to assist with financial processes.Maintain confidentiality and manage access to sensitive personnel files.Oversee daily office operations, including greeting guests and managing front desk activities.Handle office supply procurement and issue purchase orders.Enter data for Sales Orders, including rentals, slag tickets, and other assigned tasks.Follow ISO 9001 procedures relevant to business operations.Qualifications1–2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role within a fast-paced environment (highly preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.Quick learner with adaptability to new software systems.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Self‐motivated and capable of working independently.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaboratively.Discretion in handling confidential information.Team‐oriented, dependable, and responsible.Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a plus.Benefits401(k)Health, Dental, and Vision insurancePaid time offTMS International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
