Res District Manager - American Airlines PhxTake your career to new heights with Eurest! We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage leader to join our PHX airport based team (supporting American Airlines' dynamic lounge operations in a very dynamic airport environment!). The Resident District Manager will manage this large multi-unit dining account; the airline clubs are open 7 days a week. This is a highly visible account location for the American Airlines brand; delivering exceptional guest and client service is of paramount importance. The RDM leads a sizeable team and ensures the lounge operations provide exemplary guest service, each and every day. You will serve as our point of contact for the client as well as lead the team within the account and manage the overall operation. You will provide planning and clearly defined expectations to achieve operational and financial goals in a very fast paced environment!Key Responsibilities:Leads, manages, and encourages a diverse team at a large account, with the goal of providing top-notch service to the client and to the guests.Drives and develops self and team; builds strong relationships with the client(s) and achieves key performance indicators (profitability, safety, employee engagement, etc.)May serve on district leadership team, and participate in ongoing conversations with peers to share standard processes, mitigate risks, champion diversity, and build communityEnsures decisions are weighed for risk/reward and short/long term implications while gathering input from the team and partnersDevelops a culture of transparency, understanding, education, safety, and accountability at the accountEnsures client needs are met or exceeded, we retain the account, find cross-sell opportunities, and assist in rebid process as directedEnsures adherence to local, state, federal and company policies, and conducts unit audits to ensure conformance for key areas (e.g. food storage, sanitation)Owns the financial results for the account, and works with leadership to ensure accuracy for reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processesEnsures consistent and fair administration of all policies and proceduresPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree and minimum of three (3) years of management experience, preferably in large volume hotel food & beverage operation, hospitality management, conference center management.Is well-versed in all aspects of foodservice management with a proven track record of successHas proven track record of leading a business and a team, strong customer service, and good business and financial acumenDemonstrates strong initiative, critical thinking, ownership, communications (listening, written, and verbal), multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization skillsChampions the inclusion mindset, and is proactive, positive, professional, and resilientExcellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and POS softwareAssociates at Eurest are offered many fantastic benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, paid parental leave, personal leave.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
