About the role
Capital Group in Los Angeles is seeking a Change Management & Insights Lead to design and run measurement of real behavior changes across the firm, partnering with the Enterprise AI Change team. You will treat measurement as a product, understand user needs, and build what helps leaders decide.
You’ll strengthen listening by combining qualitative and quantitative data, drawing on surveys and usage signals, and shaping insights that influence campaigns and messaging across the organization.
