You understand the cyber incident response and readiness market inside and out — from retainer structures and tabletop exercises to breach simulation and recovery planning. You are equally comfortable engaging CISOs in a boardroom and navigating Accenture's internal sales platforms to manage a high-velocity pipeline.You thrive in a matrixed organization, building relationships across account teams, industry leads, and alliance partners to develop and close opportunities. You bring discipline to pipeline management and forecasting, and you communicate with clarity to both technical and executive audiences.The Work:Sales & Pipeline ManagementOwn and manage the Cyber Readiness, Recovery & Response sales pipeline across NA (US, Canada, and LATAM), with direct accountability for revenue targets and forecast accuracyLead and coordinate RFP responses, working with capability teams, solution architects, pricing, and legal to develop competitive proposalsManage the full opportunity lifecycle from qualification through close, ensuring appropriate resources are engaged at each stageUtilize Accenture's internal sales platforms — MMP, MMS, and MME — to track opportunities, manage pipeline health, and provide timely reporting to practice leadershipInternal Networking & Opportunity DevelopmentDevelop and maintain working relationships with Accenture Security MDs, account executives, industry leads, and alliance teams across NA to identify and co-develop sales opportunitiesEngage regularly with Accenture's internal security community to stay current on portfolio developments, active pursuits, and areas where Readiness, Recovery & Response services can complement existing client engagementsUnderstand how Cyber Readiness, Recovery & Response services support and extend Accenture's managed security offerings — including MxDR and related capabilities — and communicate that value clearly in client and internal conversationsParticipate in internal practice forums, pipeline reviews, and strategic planning sessions to represent the Readiness, Recovery & Response offeringClient EngagementEngage senior client stakeholders — including CISOs, CIOs, and risk executives — to understand their cyber readiness posture and present relevant Accenture solutionsDevelop and deliver clear, accurate proposals and presentations that align Accenture's Readiness, Recovery & Response capabilities to client risk priorities and business requirementsWork with delivery leads and subject matter experts to ensure proposed solutions are technically sound and deliverable within agreed commercial parametersMaintain awareness of the competitive landscape across NA markets to appropriately position Accenture's offerings during pursuitsMarket Coverage & ReportingMaintain consistent coverage across the US, Canada, and LATAM markets, adapting approach to reflect regional differences in regulatory environment, client maturity, and buying behaviorProvide regular pipeline and forecast updates to practice leadership, escalating risks or resource needs in a timely mannerSupport the development of NA go-to-market plans in coordination with practice and geographic leadershipTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Here's What You Need:At least 8 years of demonstrated experience in:SalesEnterprise sales with a demonstrated track record in cybersecurity services including incident response, readiness, or security consultingConsistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in multi-stakeholder enterprise environmentsLeading RFP responses and managing complex commercial negotiations through to closeProficiency with enterprise CRM and pipeline management platformsDomain KnowledgeUnderstanding of the cyber incident response and readiness market, including IR retainers, tabletop exercises, breach simulation, and recovery planning servicesWorking knowledge of how readiness services relate to and complement managed security capabilities such as MxDR, MDR, and SOC servicesFamiliarity with the regulatory and compliance factors shaping cybersecurity investment across NA marketsAwareness of other Accenture Security capabilities — including identity, cloud security, OT security, and threat intelligence — sufficient to recognize cross-sell and teaming opportunitiesSkills & CompetenciesAbility to build and sustain productive working relationships across a large, matrixed organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to both technical and executive audiencesOrganized and disciplined in pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity documentationCapable of managing multiple active pursuits simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and responsivenessMultilingual capability is an asset, particularly Spanish or Portuguese for LATAM market coverageBonus Points If:You have team lead or practice management experienceYou have external client-facing consulting experience in a Big 4 or top-tier advisory firmYou hold relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent)You have experience selling or delivering within Accenture's managed security or MxDR ecosystemCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
