Prada Group is seeking a Director of Retail Merchandising for Miu Miu – RTW to lead Retail Buying for the Americas. This role will manage seasonal sales projections and drive growth across the brand and categories in the Americas. The Director will collaborate with independent retail buyers, supervise staff, and align with Headquarters to optimize sales budgets and market positioning. A luxury retail background is preferred.
