About the role
Content Creator Position We are looking for a Content Creator with experience in developing high-value downloadable resources for B2B audiences. The main objective will be to transform topics related to Human Resources, talent management, and technology into clear, attractive, and useful materials that contribute to lead generation and brand positioning for Factorial. The ideal person combines excellent writing skills, research ability, marketing vision, and judgment to structure content that responds to the real needs of Human Resources professionals and business leaders.
Main Responsibilities:
Create downloadable content such as ebooks, guides, whitepapers, reports, studies, checklists, templates, and infographics. Research trends, data, and best practices related to Human Resources, talent management, productivity, and technology. Convert technical or complex information into clear, practical, and easy-to-understand content. Develop the structure, narrative, and texts of each material, from the initial concept to the final version. Adapt the tone and style of the content to the identity and communication guidelines of Factorial. Collaborate with Marketing, Design, SEO, Performance, and other involved teams. Incorporate data, statistics, case studies, and reliable sources that strengthen the quality of the materials. Optimize content to support lead generation and nurturing campaigns. Review and edit existing materials to improve clarity, precision, and conversion capacity. Manage different content projects simultaneously, meeting agreed-upon delivery times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating B2B content, preferably for SaaS, HR Tech, technology, or business services companies. Excellent writing, spelling, and editing skills. Experience creating long-form content and downloadable materials. Ability to research, validate sources, and synthesize large amounts of information. Knowledge of content marketing, demand generation, and customer journey. Ability to work autonomously and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Portfolio with examples of ebooks, guides, reports, whitepapers, or other similar content. Specially Valued: Knowledge of the Human Resources sector and talent management. Experience working with international brands or audiences from different markets. Basic knowledge of SEO and content optimization. Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools applied to research, writing, and editing. Ability to interpret studies, surveys, and data to convert them into relevant content. Experience working with designers to take content from the initial document to the final piece. Collaboration Modality: Remote work. Collaboration by project or long-term. Dedication to be defined according to the volume of content. Frequent interaction with Factorial's Marketing and Design teams.
