About the role

Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr. Phased Array RF Front End Architect to own the phased array RF front-end for the Direct-to-Device and Broadband satellite payloads, in San Diego. You will work cross-functionally with D2D, Broadband, DSP, and silicon teams to define requirements and ensure performance under space constraints. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in cellular-band and Ka-band RF front-end design, with responsibilities spanning measurement, verification, thermal, and radiation
