Job TitleEssential FunctionsCommunicates with internal and external contacts.Provides administrative and logistical support to a team.Creates reports and spreadsheets by obtaining, compiling and organizing data.Schedules for others and utilizes judgment when scheduling conflicts occur.Monitors action items and requests dates for completion to ensure effective and timely completion of requests.Recommends, creates, implements and maintains improved administrative systems, procedures and processes including electronic and paper-based filing systems.Completes projects and tasks with minimal oversight and direction.At the direction of leadership work with Accounting and FP&A to ensure the department budget and actuals are properly reflected for the departmentSupport leadership with making travel arrangements and completing corresponding expense reportsProject coordination and completion.Well prepared, accurate and timely correspondence, reports & presentation materials.Thoroughly planned and executed meetings and events.Well scheduled time through effective calendar management.Administrative efficiencies and improvements.Excellent internal and external customer service.Required Qualifications For PositionHigh School Diploma1-3 years recent project coordination or related administrative support experienceProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus NotesAbility to learn and coach others on new software programsKnowledge of proper document design and execution, e.g., report formatting, business lettersStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to project a professional demeanor and imageStrong communication skills and professional demeanor with the ability to take initiativePreferred Additional Qualifications for PositionAssociate's Degree from an accredited college or 5-8 years' experience in an administrative support capacityPrior experience providing logistical and administrative support to a teamWork AuthorizationAuthorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.Workplace ConnectionValue inclusion within your day to day responsibilities by respecting others perspectives/convictions, engaging others opinions, creating a safe environment where people, ideas, and opinions are valued within your Team/Customers and external partners.Respect the unique lived experiences within your Team/Customers and external work partners by valuing different world views, challenges, and cultures that represents all walks of life and all backgrounds.Treat others with respect and consideration.
