What You Bring A valid Class B or A CDL (Required)3+ years of commercial driving preferredbut we'll train the right person A commitment to safety and reliability A positive, team-oriented attitude Construction experience is a plus
What You'll Do:
- Deliver ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to construction sites
- Follow all DOT regulations and LHC safety procedures
- Complete accurate logs and inspection reports
- Keep your truck clean and well-maintained
- Support your crew with occasional labor when needed
- Stay in contact with dispatch and supervisors throughout your day
Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical work
- Climb in and out of trucks frequently
- Tolerate weather, noise, and long sitting periods
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and physical
