About the role
Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and converting sales leads into policyholders through a supportive and growth-oriented training program.
Key responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
Work a flexible schedule of four weekdays and one weekend day to meet customer demands
Required qualifications:
2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
Ability to communicate effectively with both prospects and customers
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
Property and Casualty License required after hire
