The Opportunity:
Recruitment is a mix of sales, consulting, and relationship management. In this role, you'll source and manage high-calibre legal professionals, helping them secure career-defining opportunities while supporting some of the world's top law firms with key hires. Working alongside experienced consultants, you'll build relationships, manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, and become a specialist within the legal market.
Responsibilities:
Source and engage top legal talent. Manage candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process. Coordinate interviews and offers. Build long-term candidate relationships. Conduct market research and talent mapping. Maintain CRM and ATS records. Deliver an outstanding candidate experience. What They're Looking For Strong communication skills.
