About the role
- Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required
- Ten+ years of progressive land acquisition, real estate, development, or homebuilding experience required 5+ years of people management experience
- Strong understanding of multi-market acquisition strategy and organizational leadership principles
- Proven ability to develop high-performing teams that consistently deliver results
- Ability to create alignment between acquisition strategy and business objectives
- Develops high-performing teams that consistently deliver results.
- Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written and oral form or via DRH applications
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
- The noise level is generally moderate

- CompensationAnnual Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000, depending on qualifications and experience
