About the role

OU Education Services is seeking a Director of Enrollment to lead the performance and continuous improvement of the enrollment portfolio. This role manages Enrollment Managers, owns departmental results, and aligns strategies with OU expectations and higher education compliance. Reporting to the Vice President of Enrollment, this position partners with Marketing, Operations, and university stakeholders to enhance student experience, remove progression barriers, and support start objectives.
