Yard Trailer Checker Driver - 1st Shift - Vineland, NJEmployer type: Meat and poultry processing. What the work involves: Essential functions will include, but not limited to: Operate yard trucks to move trailers safely and efficiently between designated locations while coordinating trailer movements to support shipping, receiving, and production schedules. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, stage, and transport materials in accordance with training and safety guidelines. Receive dry goods, chemical deliveries, and other materials; verify products, quantities, and documentation, and deliver materials to appropriate departments. Prepare outbound shipments and maintain accurate shipping, receiving, inventory, and yard records. Conduct equipment inspections and report safety concerns, maintenance needs, and operational issues.
