Job Description: Job Description SOCIAL WORKER - LCSWUnited Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a well-established, private psychotherapy practice. They offer mental health treatment and advocacy services to people diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and mental health conditions. They are seeking an experienced LCSW who can provide therapy and counseling. This position has Supervisory responsibilities over other Social Workers so that your caseload will be approximately 10 patients. You can choose between Brooklyn, Bronx or Queens to make your home visits. This is a 1099 Independent Contract position The position requires home visits Must have a valid, unexpired NYS Driver's License and a reliable and insured vehicle Able to work 25-30 hours per week. Additional hours are welcome You can determine the days and hours to provide servicePAY RATE: LCSW: $100 per hour Responsibilities for the LCSW: Offer clinical supervision and guidance to therapists Perform administrative tasks such as but not limited to ensuring patient notes are entered correctly, time sheets are submitted correctly and on a timely basis, insurance protocol is followed Able to conduct individual psychotherapy, family therapy, marriage and/or couple's therapy Complete clinical evaluations and individualized treatment plans Keep accurate and timely records Keep track of client outcomes on an ongoing basis Requirements for the LCSW:Must have an active, valid LCSW License in good standing and registered with NYSOPMust be willing to make home visits Must have current certifications in Justice Center Incident Management and Mandated Reporter training Must have a valid, unexpired NYS Driver's License & insured, reliable vehicle Strong understanding of New York State regulations, statutes, and ethical standards governing psychotherapy practice Minimum 2 years' experience assisting individuals with special needs and co-occurring conditions Strong documentation skills, detail oriented Ability to provide 3 professional references Company Description At United Staffing Solutions: We match consultants with rewarding careers where they can fully utilize their specialized talent to not only thrive but to also advance their skills.
