What You'll Be Doing: Greet and assist patients both in-person and over the phone, registration, and inquiries Verify patient insurance and demographic information accurately Provide strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening Managing patient flow Collect necessary paperwork and coordinate with various departments for patient care Provide excellent customer service and resolve patient questions or issues
What We're Looking For: 1-2 years of Medical Insurance verification experience 2-3 years of Customer Service experience in the medical field BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required within sixty (60) days from start date High School Diploma or GED required Experience with MS Office, EMR/EPM systems Must be flexible with schedule; including day, evening, weekend hours, and holidays per facility needs
