About the role

Tactical Fleet is seeking a detail‑oriented Records Specialist to handle registrations, title transfers, and related state filings for our Charlotte area dealership. The role includes processing new and pre‑owned registrations, preparing title envelopes, and ensuring accuracy of tax and lien documentation. You will also verify F&I data, manage payoffs on trade‑ins, and communicate any internal control issues to the Controller.
