About the role
- As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work one-on-one with children in-home, in-school, and community settings to help them develop the skills they need to succeed.
- Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
- Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBACollect and document client data accurately
- Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
- Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
- Accurately keep record of client's progress
- Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
- Services provided in-person throughout Arizona
- Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement
- What we expect from you
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
- Active registration with the BACBHigh School Diploma or GEDReliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with children preferredABA experience preferred, but not required
- Schedule Options
- Full-Time - 35–40 hours per week
- Part-Time - 10–20 hours per week Flexible Shift Options Available
