About the role
To shape a distinctive content brand, the full-time remote Director of Content will define Sprinto's editorial strategy, lead a high-performing team, and create compelling narratives around security, compliance, and trust that drive organic growth and commercial impact.
Key responsibilities
Define and implement Sprinto's editorial strategy and voice across various content formats
Transform complex topics into engaging narratives that enhance brand influence and learning
Connect content initiatives to business growth through effective demand generation and sales support
Required qualifications
7+ years of content experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role within B2B SaaS
Proven ability to develop content strategies for SMB and mid-market audiences
Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth, and how content impacts business outcomes
Experience collaborating across teams, including Product Marketing, Sales, and leadership
Familiarity with tools and platforms relevant to content creation and distribution, such as HubSpot and GA4
