About the role

Senior ERP Analyst, Oracle Order to Cash(Contract, 100% Remote)W2 ONLY - NO CORP TO CORPWe’re looking for a senior-level Oracle ERP Analyst to own the health and continued improvement of our Order to Cash (O2C) processes. This role goes beyond a traditional business analyst position. You’ll support multiple business units and global stakeholders across several Oracle platforms and integrated boundary systems, balancing day-to-day production support with enhancement and transformation projects. This is a fully remote contract position.
What You’ll Do:
  • Maintain system health for Order to Cash functions, with a focus on Oracle Receivables and Revenue Management
  • Troubleshoot and analyze production issues, and escalate as needed
  • Work with global AMS and support partners to resolve issues and keep service levels on track
  • Lead or participate in enhancement projects, including legacy system modernization and M&A integrations
  • Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate needs into system solutions
  • Monitor and diagnose tax integration issues, including how Vertex connects to Oracle and other systems
  • Understand upstream impacts from order and subscription data on invoicing, revenue, and accounting, while keeping your focus on O2C rather than the broader supply chain
  • Must HaveRecent (within the last 5 years), hands-on, full lifecycle Oracle experience, clearly shown on your resume
  • Experience implementing Order to Cash / Oracle Receivables (Oracle EBS R12 and/or Oracle Cloud)
  • Solid understanding of the full Oracle Receivables lifecycle: invoicing, billing, accounting, integration, and upstream impacts
  • Working knowledge of how Vertex is used, including integration, diagnosis, and issue analysis
  • Practical, hands-on operational and troubleshooting expertise (not just project management or peripheral involvement)
  • Knowledge of how subscription, service, and order data flows into invoicing, revenue management, and accounting
  • Experience supporting production operations and project work at the same time
  • Experience participating in or leading Oracle implementation, upgrade, enhancement, or transformation projects
  • Strong communication skills with business stakeholders, IT teams, and AMS support partners
  • Experience in large enterprise environments, ideally manufacturing or supply chain intensive
Nice to Have:
  • Consulting or IT background
  • Finance or business users who were heavily involved in Oracle implementations will also be considered, provided they understand both the technology and the business process
  • Experience with both Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud applications
  • Experience working with offshore or global support teams

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
