You have found the right team.As a Treasury Sales Group Manager in Commercial Banking, you will lead and develop Treasury Management Officers. You will play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for clients while mitigating risk and appropriately guiding the team. You will develop partnerships with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership (Core Cash, Card and Commerce Solutions) and Implementation teams. You will use your deep understanding of the treasury and leadership skills to develop and execute a strategy localized to market, growth, and product.Job responsibilitiesLead, hire, and manage a team of Treasury sales professionals to achieve positive performance resultsLeads with direction and coordination building successful relationshipsMonitors staff performance, provides appropriate coaching, recognition and feedbackBuilds collaborative internal relationships with Regional Treasury Sales Team, bankers and other internal partnersParticipates in partner meetings and communicates key Treasury Management messages in a timely and accurate mannerProtects the firm by applying sound risk management protocols and adhering to regulatory requirementsDevelop and implement client, market, people, and business strategiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills7+ years of sales and industry experience3+ years of sales leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, direct and manage a sales/relationship management team of parallel size and scopeKnowledge of treasury products and solutionsHighly motivated, independent worker within a team-oriented cultureExcellent client management skillsAbility to communicate and present to large groupsDemonstrated sales coaching abilities including successful sales and marketing skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsFamiliar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointBachelor's degree; advanced degree preferredSuperior analytical and quantitative skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbout UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
