Job Title: Receptionist
Location: New York, NY (5 days on-site)
Compensation: $70,000-$90,000 + discretionary bonus & benefits
Our client, a high-performing commercial real estate investment firm, is seeking a Receptionist / Office Coordinator to join its growing NYC office. This is a high-visibility, front-of-house role in a fast-paced, hard-working environment. You’ll be the first-person clients, investors, and candidates see when they enter the office, so polish, professionalism, and a white-glove service mentality are key.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception desk, including greeting guests, answering and directing incoming calls, and providing phone coverage
- Coordinate conference rooms, catering, meetings, and office events
- Manage FedEx, mail, deliveries, office supplies, snacks, and inventory
- Keep conference rooms and common areas organized and presentation-ready
- Coordinate with facilities, IT, building management, and vendors
- Provide additional support to Executive Assistants and senior professionals
- Qualifications1–3 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Polished, professional, and service-oriented
- Highly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities at once
- Proactive, energetic, and willing to roll up your sleeves
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable in a high-energy, team-oriented environment
