This executive will be the key driver of growth, profitability, and market strategy within the senior living sector, with a focus on the full customer lifecycle. The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the senior living market, including operator economics, care delivery models, and the technology landscape. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and owning the segment strategy, managing a multi-million dollar P&L, and leading a customer-facing team to achieve aggressive growth targets. Strategic leadership, P&L management, and a customer-centric approach are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships. Candidates for this role should have at least 15 years' of leadership experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or a related SaaS environment, with a proven track record in a senior executive role.
