About the role

Construction Superintendent – North Carolina Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead projects across North Carolina, including the Raleigh/Triangle and Lexington regions. We’re looking for a strong field leader who can take ownership from preconstruction through closeout, build great teams, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and on budget.
What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day field operations from preconstruction through closeout Manage schedules, sequencing, look-aheads, and recovery plans Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, owners, and design teams Own jobsite safety, quality control, inspections, and logistics Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project Partner with the PM on RFIs, submittals, documentation, and closeout Lead and develop Assistant Superintendents and field teams Maintain a culture of accountability, communication, and collaboration What You Bring 12+ years of Superintendent experience - Multi Family Experience leading $20M+ construction projects Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, drawings, and specifications Strong scheduling and subcontractor coordination experience Procore, Microsoft Office, and MS Project experience Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and trade partners
