About the role
Hybrid Role - 2 days a week work from home -after training is complete. Account Coordinators are Team Members that go above and beyond daily. They demonstrate their ability to multi- task in a high paced environment, are professional and provide support to other members on the Team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Support for Account Executives· Generate Quotes and Budget Proposals/ Project based· Place, Track, and Manage orders and deliveries (Procurement experience required)· Work Directly with the Sales, Design and Project Management to coordinate orders· Ensure accuracy on all client quotes/orders.· Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal furniture team· Product knowledge· Excellent multi -tasker· Execute weekly updates with team members on all existing projects and quotes.· Strong communication skills, must work well in a Team environment· Accurately invoice clients, work with Accounting to ensure invoices are complete and sent to the appropriate contacts.· Time Management-work efficiently with little supervision-self starter· Follow OE processes· Good problem solver· Takes on an extra workload· Demonstrates Leadership qualities, trains new hires, provides support to other members on the Team when needed
Qualifications:
. 3+ year related to this position and (Commercial Office Furniture Industry)· Excellent communication skills· Commercial Furniture Industry experience required· Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook (5+ Excel experience required)*Preparing quotes, searching Manufacture price structures -experience required.
